Dividing her time between Stowe, VT, and Spain, Paige brings a wealth of experience as a management consultant, orchestrator of experiential learning, and executive coach to global leaders. Paige is passionate about helping clients achieve desired results in the areas of leadership, business strategy, and developing competitive value through quality and customer focus. With an expertise in applied neuroplasticity, Paige helps her clients become more resilient leaders, able to better manage their energy and stress. Clients have nicknamed her the “velvet hammer” for her ability to share difficult information in ways people can hear and absorb it. Prior to her career in consulting, Paige worked as Vice President and General Manager of Markdown Optimization Solutions for Technology Strategies, Inc. and was a financial analyst with Wyatt Asset Services. She holds a B.A. from Vassar and she earned her Certificado de Negocios (Spanish equivalent of an MBA) in Seville, Spain. She is certified by the Hudson Institute of Coaching and the ICF. She is certified in numerous tools including the HBDI, the Hogan Assessment, and Change Style Index. Paige is fluent in Spanish and volunteers her time to help women-owned businesses in developing countries succeed.
