Based in the New York tri-state area, David’s approach to organizational improvement and helping employees find their peak performance is anchored by years of executive experience in a multi-billion-dollar international pharmaceuticals company. Hands-on leadership roles in corporate Communications, Quality Management, and Organizational Development resulted in a deep well of experience in practical applications and high-stakes problem-solving. David holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Effectiveness from Fordham University and has over 20 years of experience in training and consulting with Fortune 500 and federal government clients. He has coached managers from over 25 countries throughout the world. David taught Managing Change and Consulting Skills in the Graduate School at Fordham University for 15 years. David’s highly energetic and collaborative style supports the kind of customization that today’s leaders are looking for. He has particular expertise in helping clients develop personal awareness through the use of 360° feedback instruments such as Benchmarks®, Leadership Practices Inventory® and the Influence Style Survey.
