Based in the Raleigh-Durham area, Jenn is a dynamic facilitator who inspires leaders at all levels. She is passionate about helping people develop the skills they need to succeed in the future workplace. Jenn’s approach goes well beyond traditional training and skill building. Her unique approach draws from her past experience in large, complex organizations, coupled with an incredible ability to connect with an audience. As a facilitator, Jenn creates open, participative learning environments where participants find themselves engaged in what feels more like a discussion than traditional training. Her style weaves humor, storytelling, inquiry, and skills practice with in-the-moment feedback. Jenn loves working with individuals and groups helping them to become clear on their own values, skills, and goals. She brings a wealth of experience to clients, having worked in the training, recruiting, leadership and organizational development space for leading companies such as Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Chase, and PwC. Jenn holds a double Masters in Counseling Psychology and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
