SENIOR CONSULTANT
Kim’s purpose is growing people. She fulfills her passion by providing coaching services to individuals and teams, instructing talent development courses, taking the mic as emcee at leadership conferences, and facilitating workshops for clients seeking change. Drawing upon her background in professional services, Kim relates to the challenges facing leaders and teams, and peppers her sessions with stories and examples that bring concepts and theories to life.
Kim has over 12 years of process improvement, team leadership, and project management experience. She has consulted with healthcare, financial services, and public sector clients looking for sustainable change. Prior to collaborating with PRI Leadership, Kim worked as an Advisory consultant, Learning & Development instructor, team leader and coach in the “Big 4” with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Kim holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Emory University and Bachelor of Arts degrees in psychology and kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin. She is currently completing her Professional Certified Coach certification with the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
