Based in Chicago, Melissa has over 15 years of experience designing and facilitating leadership programs, coaching individuals and teams, and managing worldwide projects – creating a track record of deep growth and change for her clients. She is passionate about bringing a practical, results-focused approach to clients and has developed over 25 customized programs and assessments, including co-developing the Leading Virtual Teams and theCourageous Conversations curriculum. She is one of the lead designers and facilitators behind the year-long PRI Leadership program, and has led programs for executives, managers and staff, including virtual, in-person, and e-learning programs. Whether delivering programs face-to-face or virtually, Melissa lights up a room with her ready laugh, enthusiasm, and talents, and creates environments that spark learning and action. Melissa brings to her clients an understanding of their pressures and needs having managed global teams inside professional services and Fortune 500 companies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and is a registered CPA. She is certified in numerous tools including the MBTI, Bar-On EQi, HBDI and the Strength Deployment Inventory. She is a graduate of the Hudson Institute of Coaching and an ICF-certified coach.
