Based in NYC, Starla has the unique ability to spark conversations that lead to change. She utilizes both her organizational understanding, as well as her coaching skills to work closely with the client to design and deliver programs that meet their specific objectives. Her facilitation, executive coaching and trainings are grounded, practical, actionable and adaptable to each client’s organizational culture. Starla’s deeply authentic presence allows her to quickly build connected relationships and she brings a joie de vivre to her interactions that is contagious. Her sessions are characterized by spirited discussion, laughter and facilitated peer learning. Starla complements her formal training with a multi-dimensional perspective from her own background in financial services where she held positions in portfolio management, product development, global marketing initiatives, and institutional client service. Starla holds a Masters in International Affairs from George Washington University. She sits on the Leadership Team for the Hudson Institute of Coaching and holds certification in assessments including HBDI, EQ-I 2.0, and Team Diagnostic Survey.
